Building your body is a lot like building a house. First you must lay the foundation in order to build a more elaborate structure on top. That foundation for our bodies is having the requisite strength and mobility to move more efficiently and effectively. Many people try to dive into a fitness program without learning to properly perform the movements. Furthermore, often, people choose advanced variations of exercises that they currently don't meet these requirements for. This generally leads to aches and pains, inconsistent performance and a lack of results long-term. In this 12 week program, you will build foundational strength, endurance and mobility, learn principles of training and nutrition that will set you up for long-term success, and create better habits that will keep you consistently progressing towards accomplishing your goals. After all consistency is the most important factor. Who is this program for? Anyone who hasn't been consistently training for the past year. Anyone that constantly has aches and pains during their workout sessions. This program works well at most commercial gyms or apartment building gyms, but can be modified for at home workouts with minimal equipment. Equipment needs: Dumbbells, Bands, Yoga Block, Barbell/Hex Bar (optional), Adjustable Bench, Pull-up bar (or TRX).
