About

This is a 16-week workout program that utilizes proper progressive overload and is specifically designed to build a solid foundation and increase hypertrophy, endurance and strength. There are 5 phases of training with each phase building on the previous one to create tangible, consistent results. Included with this program are macronutrient calculations for each phase as well as a grocery shopping list to help make your nutritional decisions easier. This program is for the individual that has some strength training experience, wants to lose body fat and build lean muscle. If the program is followed as intended, you will move better, feel better and become a more confident person. Equipment needs: Barbell Dumbells Bands/Cables Adjustable Bench
